Last updated: 20 October 2026

Who we are. JIFU Insights is a publication operated by Jifu, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (registered address: 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States). We are the data controller for the information described here. Privacy enquiries: [email protected].

1. What we collect

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or knowingly collect brokerage credentials, account numbers, portfolio holdings, identity documents or any special-category personal data. Do not send us such information.

3. Why we use it

Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (your subscription), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the publication, preventing fraud), consent (marketing email), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who need it to run the publication: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our web hosting and analytics providers. Each is bound by contract to use your data only for the service they provide to us. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

Our providers are mainly located in the United States. Where personal data of users in the UK, EU or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login and payment, and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can block cookies in your browser; strictly necessary ones are required for a paid subscription to work.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and opt out of any "sale" — we do not sell personal information.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Access to our systems is restricted to those who need it. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we apply safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.

10. Children

This publication is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes affecting paying subscribers will also be announced by email.
